Most stimulating weekend yet..

Just right before I start my revision on MPE707, I would like to recap my VERY interesting weekend.

Friday:

Realised calculator was gone. OMG!! The calculator that accompanied me since Im in Form 3 is gone??!!! But but.. we have so much memories; I sat for my PMR, SPM, Auz Foundation, 7 memorable semesters of OBUAF AND my 1-year working experience with it!! It is my life companion!!! And its now GONE?? WHY??????!!!!!!!!!!! No doubt, I was emotionally depressed. Was literally sulking & merajuk-ing. Life doesnt feel right without my beloved calculator. (Drama drama~~) I need a replacement ASAP before I go cuckoo.

Bought a new calculator. OfficeWork still opens at 9! Its a miracle to find shops like these over here in Melbourne. But seriously, the minute I got my calculator back, I felt so contented. (^^) Its like my life is so vulnerable without the calculator. Right after dinner, I wanted to ta pao the delicious Banana Fritters aka Pisang Goreng from Gold Leaf, so Mr.Lo had to oblige to my demands again. Hehe. BUT right after we took our smoking hot pisang goreng...

Car died on us.., the Suzuki couldnt start!!! WHY??!! Engine problem kut... Sigh... So we decided to leave it for a couple of hours, take a tram back to my house, study a few hours then come back to start the car. At 11pm, as we leave the house I realised something is missing...

MY PURSE!!!!! BLOODY HELL!!! We went to the Suzuki as fast as humanly possible only to find that my purse is not there as well!! NNNOOO!! How much worse can the night be?? But on the other hand, the car did manage to start and we went back to Taos place in Kealba, made a thorough search on the car yet to no avail. =(

Saturday:

Called Gold Leaf and enquire about a lost purse but they rudely told me they found none. Such mean people, Im already depressed and yet they have no sympathy on me.. =(

Spent the whole day in the comfort of my books... My life doesnt feel right again. The purse is my another life companion!! And I have so much memories in there; eg: Msian ID, Driving license, family & friends pictures, lots of cards... I dont feel like a Msian anymore w/o the ID. Like PTI only... Sob.. Life is vulnerable.. again.. (Drama betul)

Sunday:

Went to Camberwell market with Homies as promised. Besides, my new banker, Tao, had agreed to pay for my expenses the whole day. HOHOHO! Bought a hand bag, skirt and coat.

Received an unknown call. Someone from the library called and told me a man found my purse in the tram!!!!!! WAHHH!!! I was ecstatic.

Found my purse~!!! Went totally wild and eventually retrieved my purse from Camberwell Depot. Bless the men who are nice enough to return my purse and made an effort to contact me. I love Melbournes public transport! But right when we wanna leave...

the Car died on us AGAIN! NNNOOOOO!!!!!! Good thing is Taos sister had planned dinner which is coincidentally just mere 5 minutes away. Phew... Right after dinner, we decided to re-try on Suzuki again. (havent gave up hope) but...

It STILL doesn’t start! We have no choice but to called the RACV for aid. The guy came over, knocked it a little at the starter motor and you can hear the rumbling sound of the engine. MAGIC! Although he did told us that the car had to be fixed ASAP and to avoid using it if possible.

Monday:

Stuck in Kealba.. Im not complaining though coz today is our anniversary! Hehehehe. A mechanic came to replace the starter motor but was not strong enough to open up one of the parts. So Stef suggested that we drive the car to the shop instead. But as we leave the house,

The Subarus key ran out of batt!!! Sigh.. We spent another 15 minutes trying angles to open Soobie. It doesnt help that we have no idea where the emergency button is but eventually the remaining batt worked and we did manage to drive the Suzuki to its hospital.

Still at Kealba.. In the end, I stayed here for Monday as well cause Suzuki returned home at around 11pm and was way too late for Tao to drive me back and then to Geelong. Thank god I had no class! =)

In the end, things came out pretty alright I suppose. Nothing to complain about. But at times like these, I just hope I could have glasses of Mojitos!
