Just a yellow dress.

I found this beautiful YELLOW coloured dress yesterday. So decided to buy it lo kan.. Since Ivine’s wedding on Monday and all the bride maids are suppose to wear yellow. And all the cousins are bride maids so that makes me a bride maid as well!

But this is what happens yesterday night during my conversation with my bf, Terence:

Ivise: Honey!! What did U think of that yellow colour dress?

Terence : Its nice o. But why suddenly wanna buy yellow dress pula.

Ivise: Oh.. Coz its my cousin wedding on Monday ma! And all the bride maids is wearing yellow lu.

Terence: Okay... But you’re not there also.

Ivise: ......(silence)....

Then suddenly...

Ivise: NGUAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No kidding!!! I really cried!! I have no idea why but suddenly got tears and then I kept on sulking. Suddenly so dramatic pula.. But felt better when Terence convinced me that I’m actually in Malaysia. Hehhe. I know I’m childish but I guess I really missed my girls. Like the last wedding when we play prank on the groom side. Sigh...

I wanna go home!! =(

Oh yeah, the dress I wanted to buy is this. From American Apparel. I like their dress. Not too extravagant but just simply nice.

R-ship?

You know “relationship”?? Of course you do. Its like jumping into a ship together. Most people have firsthand experience and even if you don’t, you hear your mates talk about it all the time. Of all the other more important and intriguing things in life, love has its very powerful strength. It can make the poorest people happy or the richest people empty.

I’m not a love guru myself, though I’m happily satisfied with my relationship. Anyhow I think relationship is not as simple as a lot of people says, “Just fall in love and let it flow. Be yourself and let your emotions run wild”.

Anyone who does exactly that must be out of their mind.

It is true that you need to be yourself and not fake it. But sometimes, you also need to observe, learn and compromise! About letting your emotions run wild, sure thing. You should tell people you love them and shows your affection. Yet you still need to conserve certain things and not exaggerate your action. For example, frequently texting your partner absolutely romantic words to the extent its’ disgusting – not cool. Publicly displaying your affection by tongue kissing (licking here and there, all over the place.... sloppy!!) – not cool. Regularly interrupt an interesting conversation just because you suddenly feel like kissing – SO NOT COOL!

The behaviour that I despise the most? No Trust. What is the point of having a relationship if you do not trust your partner? Constantly suspecting your partner, being overly possessive to the extent that no one can see him/her, get mad at your partner just because your call/text was not replied ten minutes ago or be jealous of every single time he/she laughed with his/her mates is something that would not work with me. I’m pretty sure some people out there would love this kind of control though. Then again, there’s always an exception. If your partner is obviously cheating on you (everyone knew and even pictures as proof!), you’ll be a dumb ass to trust. In fact, if you’ve already been broken hearted twice and yet allow it to happen again, it’s your own god damn foolishness. If your partner doesn’t want you again, again, again and again, don’t be a pathetic and keep on begging. Be graceful and move on! There’s plenty of fish out there who might be much better and is waiting for you.

All in all, I suppose relationship is a game of mind and heart.

ps: special thanks to my mom and sis for their lifelong education.

Red + White cells~

In this very exciting day, I’ve decided to keep the memory of it forever in the cyber world.

I WENT FOR BLOOD DONATION TODAY!!!

It’s my first time donating in Melbourne and hence, I am really proud of myself for taking that first step for many more times to come. A person can only donate 4 times a year and without even calculating, how many people do you reckon are needed to support the hospitals?

A HELL LOT!!

So yeah, if you can donate, please do so to contribute to a better community. You never knew when you’ll be the one that need those blood! (eg: giving birth ke apa lah)

After the donation, I recklessly thought that I was supposed to attend the Deloitte fortnightly meeting in the evening. So I stayed for FIVE hours in the city lo.... Mana tahu, when I reached there I realised that no one came..

*Strange....Hmm..*

After some text messages, I came to know that the meeting was postponed to next week!!! Bugger.....That’s what you get for not checking e-mails regularly.. sigh..

If one's mouth always wears a smile, one will always feel young.

My fully furnished Melb Home.

As per my beloved family requests (including my sweet sweet cousins), I shall now write about my new home in Melbourne.

Let’s start from the front door.

As you can see, the door is guarded by the All Mighty Pinky Pig! No cold air shall seep through the door and neither do all insects or smelly odours. And right next to it is our shoe/cleaning closet. On the left is actually the entrance to the kitchen.

The kitchen is the heart of the house! At this side, you can see our tiny fridge. Since we don’t cook every day, we decided that the fridge should be sufficient for 3 days groceries. Hehehe. Then there’s the cooking place (yes, it is gas operated), state-of-the-art oven (for er... baking cookies?) and a tiny microwave. I can literally imagine Mommy in this kitchen and creating all the nice food/snacks/desserts for me. YUMMY~~

On this side, there’s plenty of storage for our cooking ingredients and snacks. There is a drawer for us to arrange our utensils as well! Please ignore those boxes at the back.. (still cleaning up)

And here is our still-virgin dish washer. We never used one before so we really had no idea how to operate it. But anyway, why use a dishwasher when we can wash ourselves??!!

Next will be our living room. Doesn’t it look absolutely homey?? Hehhe. And colourful!! Did you see those two tiny cushion on the left with a purple and green faces? That will be Su Wei’s and I punya sleeping area. Then the colourful-flowery sofa bed will be Jie’s and Irene’s bed. Muahahaha! Kita ikut seniority here.

This is our glorious book shelves. Am really proud of it coz we modified it and stick on the additional mirrors! Smart eh?

Behind the sofa bed is the kitchen table aka study table. We purposely put it right next to the window so that we can look outside when we get sick of looking the computer screen. =)

Oh, and did I mention that’s a small balcony as well?

Moving on is the Bathroom. We have a bath tub (which we will never use because water is freaking expensive) and a separate bath cubicles so the water wouldn’t splash out and wet the floor. This is mainly because the Melbournians like dry bath and toilet.

The poo poo and wee wee place is another separated area. But kecil saja lah. Compare to Msia’s poo area, there’s no water hose for er.. u know. So we all have to use tissue ya!

Lastly, this is my room!!! Its small but comfy. And yes, I definitely clean and arrange everything nicely before I take the photo. Hehehe. This will be Jovy’s and Ivine’s place!! Since Ivine will be married and will also bring along little Ivine when she comes, her seniority sudah naik sampai tahap tertinggi! LOL!

This is a 3 door built in wardrobe. Had lots of space but I don’t reckon that you guys would like to see inside. Hahahahaha!!

That’s all! Do come and visit ya. =)
