On flight

Yup, I am finally on the plane to Melbourne. (D7 2722) After 6 months of planning, the plan is being executed at this very minute. To tell the truth, during this duration, I did not ran around like a chicken losing its head. Phew.. The application to Uni, accommodation, hotels etc went unexpectedly smoothly. Mostly because I had the help of the pretty Ji Li from StudyLink. She is a great help indeed since she practically guided me all the way through. Hehe.

Being in an eight hours flight now (4 hours left to Mel..), I felt that it is the right time to blog about my intense feelings on leaving a place I called home, Malaysia. So be prepared to spend some minutes on my emotional expressions.

One week before July 1, I had a list of farewells dates with families and friends. For an outsider, they might say I am trying to boast here or perhaps might even think that having such farewells are absurd. But what can I say when I am indeed a very lucky lady to be loved by many people?! LOL! In fact, to parade even more of my popularity I shall now list down the categories of people that went to great length to see me for the last few times. People that I have no regret knowing, that I hope the best will excel in their life, that I blessed with good health, that I wish to see again and again, that I will keep in touch and never ever become to the level of acquaintances. *Fingers-crossed* Mainly people that I really treasure. Peiod.

They are: Direct family (Dad, mom, Jie, Grannies) beloved aunties + uncles (Har Yee, Ako, Tai Ako, A. Mary, A. Doreen, U.Tony, U.Lawrence, Ah Pek, U.Pok), lovable adorable cousins (Tu Wei, Yi Ann, Mee Ee, Mee Tze, Mee Suet, Baby Vince, Yan Yan, Jun Wai, Jun Hoe, Ah Bee, Jian Kor Kor), Darlings precious KEYS (Jean, Ivy, Shan), Sweet Honey (Terence), Memorable Agency 88 (Pui Yeng, Yong Xin, Hoe Kin), family friends (Mei Mei, Pak Soon, Pak Hong), high school buddies (Seng Wai dear, Mei Chen, Lok Win, Shi Hao, Elaine, Meng Jiew, Wai Kit), college buddies (Jeff, Choong, Ken, Zi Yuan) and ex-colleagues (Yin Ling, Pow Pow, Sandra, Ee Ling).

*So what if I wanna list down all those who love me enough to bid goodbye to me..Ptf!*

I love them so much. To the extent that saying goodbye seems so heavy to me. But life goes on and my beloved dad told me that we must learn to brace and accepts challenge as it comes. And it will be so much better to do that while I am still young! Life is short and no matter what happens I will always remember my dearest families and friends.

Oh yeah! For the record, I did not cry my eyes out. Hehe.

“You guys will forever be embraced in my memory”
